RNC GROUP · FOR OVERSEAS CREDITORS

An Israeli debtor won't pay? Check the debtor before funding a lawsuit.

Get a preliminary debtor assessment and a proposed recovery route. RNC combines legal analysis with lawful information gathering and strategic negotiation, rather than treating a lawsuit as the automatic first step.

Before you sue, understand who you are pursuing.

A valid claim does not tell you whether the debtor can pay. RNC brings legal analysis, lawful information gathering and technology-assisted research together to assess the debtor and the available recovery routes. Strategic negotiation and proceedings are considered against that picture, not in isolation.

Major law firms also engage RNC for its specialist capabilities. Led by attorney Tomer Ryterski, RNC is listed in the ADVOC international network of independent law firms. Local counsel can be coordinated where the agreed engagement calls for it.

Start with the decision, not the lawsuit.

  1. Define the check. Review the claim documents and define a lawful, proportionate debtor check.
  2. Compare the routes. Assess what the debtor check means for negotiation, proceedings and possible enforcement. No check can guarantee that assets or payment will be found.
  3. Set the plan. Agree on scope, costs and next steps before the engagement begins.

What to share at the first contact

Your company name and country, the debtor’s company name, approximate debt amount and a short description of the dispute. Do not send sensitive documents before a conflict check and an agreed secure channel.

An initial enquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship. Any action depends on the facts, applicable law and agreed engagement. No recovery or outcome is guaranteed.
